Whether delicious sauerkraut with smoked ham, wine cabbage with apple slices, spicy pickles, kimchi, fruit or paprika - there are no limits to your imagination, because this and much more can be made with your Bunzulauer fermentation pot. The fermentation pot has a channel into which water is filled. With the lid, which is then in the water, gases that are produced during fermentation can escape while the ingress of air is prevented.
To make it easier for you to get started or to give you new ideas as a professional, every fermentation pot comes with a booklet that contains instructions for use, interesting facts about fermentation and some delicious recipes.
In the 4-liter fermentation pot fits around 2.5 kg of herb, which is ideal for a few servings for a one or two-person household. After the successful production of your own organic vegetables, the pot can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
