Thanks to the large handle, you always have a firm grip on the lid, even with pot holders. The heavy lid with a weight of 1.4 kg ensures the optimal pressure on the pot to keep the steam in the pot while cooking.
Boleslawiec roasters are all handmade and decorated by hand using traditional sponge technique. So every product is unique. The ceramic and the glaze are free of any toxins and even suitable for allergy sufferers.
The volume of the roaster is sufficient for meat and fish for 2 people and for vegetables for 4 people.
