Cold cuts, fish or roasts can be served in a particularly stylish manner with this well-formed Boleslawiec ceramicss, but they can also be used as a dinner plate. The concave support surface gives food support, while the large base provides stability. The serving plate was made by hand from high-quality stoneware ceramics and fired in the oven at 1200°. This makes the material completely impervious to very high and low temperatures, so it can be used in the freezer, oven, microwave and even over an open fire. The hand-decorated, colour-intensive decor is protected by a thick ceramic glaze, so that the colors shine like they did on the first day, even after many decades.
