Make your own pickled vegetables with the original Boleslawiec fermentation pot. From sauerkraut to red cabbage, cauliflower, celery, tomatoes, beans, onions, pineapple or turnips with or without spices - there are no limits to your imagination.
The fermentation pot seals your vegetables airtight so that fermentation can begin. The lid lies in a channel with water, which allows the carbon dioxide to escape to the outside. The enclosed weighting stones are used to compact the vegetables.
You have no experience yet or would like to be inspired by recipes? No problem, because a detailed brochure with instructions and delicious recipe suggestions is included with the pot in German, English, French and Spanish.
