The high quality ceramic was coated with a thick glaze typical for Boleslawiec ceramicss. This is food-safe and seals the already waterproof stoneware. In addition, it is very reflective and the deep red-brown color makes the pot an absolute gem!
The 10.0 liter fermentation pot is ideal for pickled vegetables fans who want to make their own organic pickled vegetables (such as souerkraut).
Approx. 6 kg of cabbage or kimchi fit into the pot, just the right amount for sauerkraut junkies.
Each Boleslawiec ceramics steaming pot comes with weight stones and a reciepe booklet in Germen, English, French and Spanish, which provides intructions how to use, informations about the fermenting process and different reciepes for traditional and experimental delicacies.
