This pot with its deep water gutter, its reinforced base and its thick walls is ideal for fermenting all kinds of fruit and vegetables.

The high quality ceramic was coated with a thick glaze typical for Boleslawiec ceramicss. This is food-safe and seals the already waterproof stoneware. In addition, it is very reflective and the deep red-brown color makes the pot an absolute gem!

With its classic shape, the fermentation pot fits perfectly into modern and traditional facilities. Thanks to the matching handles, it can be transported easily and safely.

The 5.0 liter fermentation pot is ideal for pickled vegetables fans who want to make their own organic pickled vegetables (such as souerkraut).

Approx. 3 kg of cabbage or kimchi fit into the pot, just the right amount for sauerkraut junkies.
