⟲30 days right of withdrawal
This shapely Boleslawiec butter dish with its colour-intensive premium decor solves an old problem: outside the fridge, the butter quickly goes rancid at medium to high temperatures, while it is anything but spreadable when chilled in the fridge. With the two-part Boleslawiec butter dish with water cooling, you no longer have this problem.
The butter dish works with water, which is filled into the lower vessel. Soft butter is then smeared into the inner cylinder of the lid (about 175 grams fit into the Boleslawiec butter dish). Now the lid is placed on the can so that the butter hangs upside down in the water. This isolates it from oxygen, which usually causes butter to go rancid. The butter is passively cooled through evaporation.
Your butter stays fresh up to a room temperature of up to 27°C and (in contrast to cooling in the refrigerator) pleasantly spreadable. The butter can be stored in this way for up to three days. Tip: Simply salt your butter yourself by adding salt to the water, depending on your taste.
