With this shapely Boleslawiec fermentation pot you can make your own organic pickled vegetables!
Put your desired vegetables with spices in the pot, weigh down the herb with the optionally available weight stones and fill the water channel of the pot with water. The water insulation lets the gases produced during fermentation out and prevents air from entering the pot from outside. In this way, the natural fermentation can take place completely undisturbed.
Whether delicious sauerkraut with smoked ham, wine cabbage with apple slices, spicy pickled cucumbers, kimchi, fruit or paprika with horseradish - there are no limits to your imagination, because this and much more can be made with your Bunzulauer fermentation pot. The little one is also often bought as a rum pot.

Approximately 2.5 kg of herb fits into the 4 liter fermentation pot, which is ideal for a few servings for a one to two person household. After the successful production of your own organic vegetables, the pot can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.

You exert the necessary pressure on the fermented vegetables to accelerate fermentation and let the fermentation gases escape through a hole in the middle.
