Put your desired vegetables with spices in the pot, weigh down the herb with the optionally available weight stones and fill the water channel of the pot with water. The water insulation lets the gases produced during fermentation out and prevents air from entering the pot from outside. In this way, the natural fermentation can take place completely undisturbed.
Whether delicious sauerkraut with smoked ham, wine cabbage with apple slices, spicy pickled cucumbers, kimchi, fruit or paprika with horseradish - there are no limits to your imagination, because this and much more can be made with your Bunzulauer fermentation pot.
